ACtually, kasabay yang NO PARKING SCHEME na yan nung ONE-WAY scheme nila along Commerce avenue dyan sa Ayala-Alabang. Pag umaga (6-9am) one way lang in favor of those coming from ayala-alabang village going to Festival mall area. Sa afternoon (5-7pm), yung papasok naman ng Ayala=alabang coming from Festival ang pwede.

I think that's the reason kung kaya may naglagay ng streamers saying "COMMERCE AVE. IS A TWO-WAY STREET"

...im not sure about madrigal but commerce ave really gets congested on weekends and even weekdays afternoon. kaya pag ganun nag za-zapote na ako agad from filinvest para makapasok ng BF homes.

pre, afaik, hindi sa association napupunta pera dyan. napupunta yan sa atc management, which is different sa association or sa baranggay.

and afaik too, they really have the right to do that. management of the premises is with the town center management, wala din yan sa association or sa baranggay.

besides, sobrang traffic dyan sa umaga....

Exactly... no need to be clogging up the street outside.

Nakakainis, though, ang one-way system nila... very unfair for people going to Las Pinas in the mornings and coming home at night. Why can't they just assign security guards during rush hour to ease traffic? Or better yet, have the detour even further back, so people don't get stuck in that ($#&%&) of a jeepney terminal that ATC's Alabang-Zapote face has become?

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

congested na rin kasi dahil sa mga motorists using the daang hari and ts cruz entrance to pilar.kaya when i go to atc, dun na nga rin ako nagpapark sa may outback or sa mcdo. wala pa ring bayad. and a brief walk from the car to the mall will also be good to the body. ;)
