Palm Vx,
Installed
Jackflash, software that allows you to access unused flash memory.
Jacksprat, software allows you to erase programs that you use that are stored in flash memory.
I was able to get about 2MB more memory using these 2 programs.
Fitalystamp, a program that transforms your graffiti screen to a keyboard.
It's supposedly allows user to be capable of 80 words per minute data entry.
The keyboard config isn't a QWERTY keyboard. There's also no need to shift to get capital letters.
Datebook5, integrated Planner, Address book, To do list, & memo pad.
Phonmate, predictive text addressbook search engine.
kuroy::: I WANT YOUR PDA!!!!!! 400MHz, 64+48MB, Bluetooth!!!
ozcity::: I got it somewhere in binondo. Last year pa. It costs 23000 bucks. Ive seen Wireless packs in computer shops in galleria and megamall. They cost almost the same.
Auto_Xer::: Palm Vx was my pda before switching to PocketPC. GAnda nyan pre!
Hero::: marami nang tungsten sa shangrila. i have no idea how much they cost however.
iPAQ peeps::: wag muna kayo bumili ng iPaq!!! HP will be releasing the 5000 series 2nd Quarter of 2003! built in na yung gsm phone!!! kinda like the o2 XDA!
I like the XDA. Its made by the same company who makes the iPaq (HTC). Kaya lang, 45000. And it has 1 major FLAW! Pag meron nag sms sa iyo, only the number will be shown, not the name of the sender!
hmmm wala akong naintidihan sa sinabi ninyo he..he
akala ko kasi yung ISANG pda he..he
anyways wala akong PDA pero ok lang kung meron
twing december lang kasi hectic ang buhay ko eh
tulad ngayon nagtatago na ako shhhh wag maingay
sing bilis din bang mag obsolete yan like computers?
PDA? Public Display of Affection?
Naku mahiyain po ako! Nyehehe!
Wala po ako nyan. Nakikgulo lang po. Sorry! :P

Palm Tungsten...got it from a friend for 28k... haven't explored it's capabilities yet
a very old Palm IIIxe coupled with a very old 7110 and a really old 6110.
peeps..... convergence of PDA and Cellphones is here. The Nokia 9210 was the first to try. Anyway, the future is just around the corner. just use google to check out these babies:
Ericsson P800 P30,000++
iPaq 5600 series
o2 XDA
HP Jornada 928(?)
problem with these PDA + Cellphone combos is their size. imagine having to always carry around a brick size cellphone everywhere you go. kaya nga i opted for the fujitsu pocket loox instead of the o2 xda. if i'll be going some place where i won't need a pda, cellphone lang ang dala ko and i just leave my pda in the car. kung yung xda ang binili ko, tapos pupunta ako sa isang party na naka porma, e di ang laki nakasabit sa belt ko

boybi::: heheheh! yung nga problem ko! :D anyway, i think the best pda combo at present is an iPaq 3970 sabay Ericsson T68i!!!!! I-Bluetooth connection sabay use software (forgot the name) to manage SMS and stuff. Buti na lang di ka bumili ng XDA. Daming negative comments dito.
Pare ok na icebreaker ang PDA sa chiks hehhee
ok nga ang iPaq 3970, only problem is walang built-in CF slot. kelangan pa ng sleeve which makes it bulgy. kaya i chose the Fujitsu Pocket Loox. meron nang SD/MMC and CF slots. me bluetooth na rin & IR.

I'm using an iPaq 3870 (w/ 128 mb) and 3630 (w/ total of 160 mb)...
I'm selling my 3630... anybody interested?
