Just get from authorized dealers.

Maraming mga small shops dyan na sila-sila lang ang nag rerefill. One time nga, may flyers na nasa gate namin. Telephone number lang, nung tinawagan namin para tanungin kung saan sila located eh ayaw sabihin.

Been using petron gasul ever since. No problems so far with respect to its volume content upon receipt. I consume an 11kg (net weight) tank for an average of 45 days. BTW beware of omnigas. I heard on the news that they sell underweight LPG's.
