not true. unless your eye globe shrinks as you grow older. ang explanation sakin before i had lasik was nag elongate eye globe natin as we grow kaya tumataas grade. once hindi na nag grow yung eye globe then hindi na tataas ang grado, but no chance to go down unless they do corrective surgery

Do you have perfect vision? If not, what's your eye grade?

Mine is 120/100. I am near sighted and cannot drive without glasses. My astigmatism is bad so I have a hard time driving at night. My eye grade stayed constant for about 10 years.

last i had mine checked around 20/15, tho I found a chart with 20/10 and could still read it. the miracles of modern medicine, i owe my super vision to lasik. before lasik i was wearing 550 grade of glasses

20/20 pa rin, i think ... more than a year na kasi last time ko pina- check.
i don't wear glasses. still no problem / issues in reading.
at night, i can drive pa nga while wearing my polarized lense sunglasses...
better pa nga 'pag 'yung mga ambermatic lenses.

sabi ng opto ko, always wear sunglasses 'pag maaraw, so, nakasanayan na.
peborit ko ring ulam 'yung ginataang kalabasa.

siguro nga nakatulong 'yung pagiging "bosero" at my very young age,
pero never naman ako nagka- "kuliti" (i swear).
noong bata pa ako, pinang- gagamot sa akin ng lola ko pag meron akong
sore eyes is 'yung first wee- wee ko in the morning. now no more :bleh: .

Pag nahulog ang salamin ko sa sahig na dark colored para akong cartoon character na kumakapa sa sahig para hanapin ang salamin ko!

Naalala ko when the first time I wore an eyeglass of a classmate when I was in grade 3. Sobrang na-amaze ako na anglinaw ng mundo. That was my eye opener na hindi pala normal ang vision ko. My parents didn't know until highschool.

ano yung eye floaters? for the questions eto:

had mine 2005 at american eye in shangri la, cost 65k nung time na yun. you are required to undergo test if pwede ka ilasik.

operation itself takes about 5min lang, may kasama pang dvd ng operation hehe parang horror movie

as ive said mine tested after operation was 20/15, even tested at 20/10. now, hindi ko alam pero sure ako at least 20/20 parin siya

downsides:
-dryness, lalo pag malamig. need eyedrops. minsan sa sobrang dry niya hindi ko maopen sa hapdi
-starburst lights, lahat ng ilaw sa gabi parang may halo or yung sabog
-very poor night vision/matagal magadjust sa night vision

even with the downsides, i would do it all over again. worth ang benefits, masmarami akong hindi nagagawa nung naka glasses pa ako. btw, hindi lahat ng operation will give 20/20 or better than 20/20 like mine. may officemate ako nagpalasik din sa american eye last year, 20/50 ata yung kanya

Hindi dapat babalik yan nang ganyan basta-basta. Baka naman hindi na talaga puwede magamot problem niya at hindi need nang lasik, naperahan lang siya.

When i started wearing contact lenses lalong nadagdagan grade ko, plus im near sighted hirap mg drive pag walang eyeglasses, i dont wear contact lenses anymore, eyeglasses naman pag nag drive lang,, tinitiis ko nalang

Ako dn i previously wore contact lens coz im a nearsided with 100/100 grade. Im planning to undergo lasik aswell medyo pricy pero worth it b tlga? Does it depend on whose lasik company you will be under?

pareho tayo im also nearsighted but manageable naman without eyeglasses or lenses basta wag lang lalabas sa open area or mag drive,, my grade is 150/175,, think it over and over kung magpapalasik ka kase yung cousin ko bumalik din sa dati yung grade nia eh after several mos after nia mg pa lasik,, im not saying na ganon din mangyayare sa ibang nagpalasik,, maybe isolated case lang yung sa pinsan ko,, mahal kasi lasik kaya sayang naman kung ganito din mangyayare,,

pagkakaalam ko wala pang 1 year yung sa kanya bumalik na yung dati,, so nagpunta cia ulit sa dr para i pa check gusto nila ulitin ang procedure pero ayaw na ng pinsan ko natakot na baka tuluyan na siyang mabulag besides nakapasok na rin sia sa pnp,, alam ko na refund nia yung binayad nia pero hindi ko sure kung magkano,,
