What's the Most Expensive Item that you Lost?

Diamonds from an heirloom ring. My Mom gave it to me when I was in 3rd grade. It only took days before my Mom noticed that it was missing diamonds. She never gave me anything with stones for several years after that. I think it was already after college when she gave me anything with stone

I have a friend who ALWAYS loses his wallet and mobile phone. It makes me wonder how much that cost him already.

Maybe I was just burara. The ring was from my Lola which she gave to my Mom

Oakley Halfjackets, in Baler a few years back. Taking pics and videos of the kids surfing, when a huge wave swamped me and was underwater. Focused on continuing the shots so did not notice that the shades was gone. Only found out when I saw the soft case back in the room.
