    I spoke with my 50 yo friend on the phone. He may have a lot of flaws but he makes me feel attractive and special. And at least he is consistent. 15+yrs is a long time. LOL!

    I did 45 minutes on the treadmill. Maintained my heart rate between 143-154 BPM

    My 50 yo friend teased me last night that he I might have a heart attack when I do strenuous exercise because I am so out of shape daw. The nerve. He also said I have no discipline when it comes to my body/health (which is kinda true) But I'll show him! I can turn things around

    Your body will be more disciplined if you establish a routine. Keep at it!

    Thanks. I really admire people who have discipline. I noticed most of them wake up early and stick to a routine nga.

    OT: It's taking me effort to NOT post about the most disciplined person I know

    Car stuff:

    1. Hid all the wires for all my dashcams (yey!)

    2. Installed a new Joying Oreo Headunit in my LC. This one has Apple Car Play and Android Auto built in.

    3. Transferred and installed the 2nd gen unit from my LC to my Kia Carnival. The unit in the carnival was 1st gen pa and very laggy.
