    Let me see:

    1) Muay Thai - I have a heavy bag at home, 30-45 mins is all I need - MWF at 5 am
    2) Urban Enduro (Mountain Bike) - 1 1/2 hrs every evening (8pm), covering 20 km. Sometimes daily. I would rest a few days if I need to.
    3) Running 5 km - Not always. Maybe, twice or thrice a month, so I won't get bored. (5 am)
    4) Gym - twice a week, 45-60 mins tops Wed and Sun, sometimes Tue and Sat. (6:30pm)
    5) Swimming - 2x/month
    6) Skiing/Snowboarding - Every Winter (Seoul)
    7) Kendo (not sure yet)

    I can't do it on a strict schedule. I get bored easily when it gets too routine doing the same thing over and over and over again. So, I have to change now and then to keep it fresh and interesting.

    I did archery and rock climbing before, but, never got interested in it.

    I just came from our office in Ortigas. The traffic is terrible. This is considering I left the office at 2:30 pm It took me over 1 hr to get to our main office. I am definitely not staying there until rush hour. Now my problem is I will be going home on a rush hour

    I can't imagine people coming from QC or Makati who go to Ortigas daily. Worse would be the QC to Makati (and vice versa) people. I have a colleague who lives in BULACAN and goes home everyday. I have not been this exhausted in a long time

    Pampalubag loob na lang na my officemate who hitched a ride with me told me that my Gen 10 smells brand new I love getting that compliment
