mas bwiset yun LTO paranaque bro, may cut off daw sa gas. yun pala since June eh wala na yung emission nila sa loob dahil nag uupdate daw ng system (yeah right). yun alok fixer ng tpl insurance provider nila nagsabi na cutoff daw (kuno), nalaman ko nalang the next day, nun babae na staff na nakausap ko na wala na daw talaga emission since june.

Paano pong may cut-off sa emission? Meaning once they reach a certain quota of cars per day, quota na sila? Is that how it works? Parang ngayon ko lang narinig yung may cut-off sa emission...... Usually gagatasan ka lang ng emission kasi misan, photo-op lang with the back of your car tsaka yung tube thing na inaattach sa tambutso.... Minsan they won't even let your car start. Picture lang tapos easy P400 agad.

i don't know the details, but ever since i heard about it a few years ago,
i now have my emissions test done at least a day before my trip to the LTO.
i can do this, as the facility is near my work place.
and i frequently see a queue, even later in the afternoon... doesn't sound like there's a cut-off...

must be some quirk... probably slow internet service. heh heh.
the last time i went for emissions testing, we had to wait 30 minutes, all of us. slow internet daw, said the manager.

Yang dinescribe mo na shortcut method yung dinedeter ng cutoff.

Bawat test kasi is supposed to take xx minutes. So sa isang business day ang isang queue can only test xx vehicles. Kapag lumampas ibig sabihin may nangyaring out of process.

Nagrenew ako rehistro dyan nung june at july, nagawa ko naman yung emissions tests on both occassions.

Seryoso wala na sa loob? Magpaparenew kasi ako ng isa pa this week.

LTO malapit sa Kabihasnan yan, diba?
