Our family's daily rosary (video call). It's one hour din

Yesterday we had lunch at my Lola's house then had rosary after. Our family agreed to do a daily video call rosary because we have so much petition.

I don't know kung matatawa ako or what kasi my Tita included in the petition for a spouse that will give us unconditional love and financial stability, na kaya ang ugali naming "masungit" and for work. It's only then I realized kami palang magpipinsan there are all single and unemployed hahaha! When we were in our teens and 20s walang pumapasa na BF/GF tapos ngayon nasa daily rosary na ang spouse, pero sa intention ang dami pa rin description sa spouse, my Tita said should be Roman Catholic then another Tita added, a practicing Roman Catholic that goes to mass every Sunday and goes to confession hahaha

My little cousin who said na he will just be a PNOY (forever bachelor) changed his mind, he wants a doctor wife na daw. I said, I always wanted a doctor husband. Isn't that what Lola wants for us. My Tita raised her hands and said "We need a miracle" ROFL!!!

i'm a strong believer in the power of Prayer.
even if we think our petitions are whacky, He always has a way of un-raveling our confusion: He gives us what we need, not what we want.

Hmmm then why ask for something in your prayer in the first place?

... we ask for something that we think will solve our problem, but we are given something that is far more rewarding that we would not have guessed.

    por ejemplo,
"Lord, please give me money." He gives us an education, instead.
"Lord, please get rid of my enemy." He converts your enemy into your friend.
"Lord, please make me win this game!" He gives you the sportsmanship award.
"Lord, please make me pass the math exam." He allows your failure, but inspires you to re-take the exam. your interest is then piqued, because you did not truly understand the subject in the first place. you then become a math major and graduaate into a respected member of the math community.

the Lord moves in mysterious ways, and He will not be beaten in the generosity contest.

I just partially finished setting up my "budget build " nano aquarium in my workspace. Wala pang fish Kasi kailangan daw Ng complete " nitrogen cycle". Although nandaya ako Kasi bumili ako ng "bottled bacteria" to supposedly speed things up. [emoji23]

Also Hindi pa dumating iyong ibang plants kaya stand-by mode Muna. Let's see how the floating Amazon frogbits plant will reproduce in a 5 gallon tank.

cleaned my jewelry. I saw a youtube tutorial and it worked! Now I got some of my Mom's jewelry to clean (including the wedding band of my parents). I hope I don't ruin it like how I did with Mom's bag na until now I don't know how to tell her na sira ko with my experimental cleaning

Nag itak ng buko 😂 It's not easy pala, ended up spilling more than half of the juice. Loko loko yun vendor, he said it was easy to open the buko kasi babalatan niya ng manipis. It wasn't! Good thing my second Mom is an expert sa pag bukas ng buko haha

the buko vendor near the workplace is a master!
all the way from the intact buko, to the sungay-ing around the white meat.
costumers will cleanly straw away the liquid using a straw, then tear into the meat using flatware or bare fingers.

That buko vendor was such a fraud. Hindi aasenso kasi tamad e. Obvious with his movements na batugan. And I'm so stupid to believe na he can balat it so nipis na pwede daw spoon lang to open the buko. Wtf. E itak gamit ko kanina ang tigas tigas, like the real itak from the province na mapurol nga lang hehe

I think more on city girls kami ng daughter mo? I'd be disappointed if my generation sa province e hindi marunong mag biyak ng buko haha.

Curse that magbubuko talaga na pinaniwala ako na kaya buksan ng ordinary knife or spoon pa nga he said. I really look stupid to him at naniniwala naman ako which proved him right. Lol.

Hinanap ko yun pero wala e. My second Mom marunong talaga mag bukas ng buko e kaso dull na yun itak namin. Sabi ni fraud magbubuko kahit spoon or ordinary knife mabubuksan ko, e I was sweating bullets sa pag biyak nung buko, ang kapal pa ng balat [emoji35] Yung 2 pa parang niyog na. I think kaya he refused to open it for us
