    Second round of spend planning for 2021. This time planning where to put my investments. So far 45% real estate, 30% US stocks, and 25% PH stocks.

    Anyone else here care to share their investment strategy for 2021?

    Mine is:

    40% UK stocks
    15% PH stocks
    30% Real Estate
    15% Crypto

    Ah yes forgot about crypto. It's part of the 2021 spend plan under US stocks, but very volatile right now and can go either way so I just buy into the dips when I can.

    True. I can’t personally recommend crypto to anyone since it’s very high risk-high reward. The mantra going in needs to be: I don’t mind losing most of these funds if things go bad.

    I'm super late to the crypto train so I don't expect to earn much out of it. But at the same time since it broke out from $20k, unlikely that it will retest that limit again so you're looking at 50% loss and 400% gain so worth a shot.

    You're right though that you should never put money here that you can't afford to lose, so it's only 5% of my planned investment portfolio. At least it cures the FOMO hehe.

    will there be trigonometric equations involved,
    or will it be "by feel" ?

    i have a healthy respect for "feel".
    dad used it, and most of his products go way beyond commercial quality.
    he has a local reputation,
