Any suggestions for a good generator?

I need at least 20 Kva to power the stuff i need powered.

    Im looking for:

    1) silent or the least noisy
    2) easy maintenance
    3) easy start
    4) ease of installation- and i can move it to my new house when i finish building it
    5) weather proof
    6) durability
    7) small foot print

How much do these things go for including installation?

approximately 120-150k second hand much pricier if brand new.. for installation it defend where in your house will you put it the farther it from your main electrical panel the costlier it will be.

Small footprint (or nil) = Solar

    Initial cost is high though.
