    but the sad reality in the philippines is that kapag ma kakilala ka, puede yan. siguro all it takes is to bring both cars to this LTO kakilala, show them the legit registrations and then while were sipping a hot cup of coffee, tratrabahuin yung change of registration and then when the papers are all out, palit nalang ng plates, hehehehe

    i am sure that even this "strict" LTO head has bent the rules for a few friends or padrinos. i have no proof of this though so take it with a grain of salt

    i'm not chinese so i had no idea may meaning pala yung 168 & i never bothered to ask kung may meaning yung 168 (& to think 168 yung #s ng auto ko) :D diba uso rin sa chinese ang 888? kala ko kasi pag ubos na yung 888...eh di i-add mo yung dalawang 8...so magiging 168 hahaha!!!!!
