worst traffic experience? sinabi na dito.... sumakit tyan ko while stuck sa slex before when the skyway was being constructed.
remedy? waited for another 30 minutes, ikot ng ikot sa loob ng sasakyan, pinatay ang aircon, kumanta kanta sa loob para mawala ang effect and took the next possible exit to the nearest gas station.

my worst traffic experience was 30 years ago.
i was a passenger trapped inside a sardine can of a non-aircon bus. we were the sardines. nasa estribo ako. dinidilaan ang ilalim ng bus ng baha. mabigat ang bag ko (hindi pa uso knapsack noon. samsonite. wala pang laman, mabigat na...). umu-ulan, kaya sarado ang bintana. lawanit pa ang bintana noon, hindi clear plastic tulad ngayon.
traffic was at a standstill. couldn't go out, as the water was tall. 1.5 hours going nowhere, including the comfort room.

Last Wednesday my travel from Naia 2 - QC took 4hrs.
Waze even wanted me to take the skyway nung nalaman ko sa skyway ako pinapadaan nasa flyover na ako papuntang Ayala that's why I decided to detour and sa Nagtahan ako dumaan minsan nakakainis ang waze

Noong estudyante ako ang pinaka grabe. Umalis ang bus sa Lawton ng 5:30pm nakauwi ako ng bahay 7am na ng sumunod na araw. Dahil sa baha sa slex bandang Alaska.

Malaki na improvement sa Alaska na area. Yung sa SW ang binabaha ngayon pero mabilis naman na humupa. Di gaya dati lampas tao kaya talagang walang dadaanan.

22-hour solo drive from isabela to manila. First 8 hours were spent stuck in traffic in the middle of mountainous roads in diadi, with no data connection and no other entertainment except for the car stereo. Second 8 hours were spent creeping from santa fe to carranglan.

I remember my parents talking about this. I thought it happened in the 80s. I just know I was very young then and it's the reason why I always feel nervous when passing SLEX and a plane seems to be flying low.
