I don't think he is trying to impress. I've been to their house several times already and met practically his whole family. I think it's just sweet that he brought his Dad's car on our date. I'm just using my brother as basis, I know he really likes a girl when he TRIES to borrow my Dad's car LOL.

Normally he brings the CRV and FD. His Dad brings the E class and 5 series.

I wouldn't say impressed. I just found it sweet that our date was special to him kasi when I got to his house naka park lang naman yung cars niya. Pareho lang ba yun? Haha

These little things, yes very sweet and masarap gawin lalo na pag appreciative ang babae. I once gave my gf a phone As birthday present, binalot ko sa shoe box na cheap na shoe brand. You have no idea how satisfying it was when she saw my surprise.

Knowing my gf, she'd still be as that surprised ifever totoong cheap pair of shoes ang bibigay ko sa kanya. She would always say it's the thought that counts.

She would tell me na hindi ko dapat sya bigyan ganun, kahit simple lang daw dapat gift. Pero Sabi ko naman, para mabili ko Yun, nag sasacrifice ako ng minus isang bote ng beer everyday para ma compensate Yun haha. Tuwang tuwa naman sya pag ganun. Pero grabe din naman kase sya mag pamper sa akin, material man or not.
