Wore a wide v-neck dress today, it was cut low so I had a black bandeau. My friend at the office warned me of what I was wearing (we have a manyak officemate) And to think I consider myself a modest dresser - hence the bandeau

sorry, but i just can’t get it why ladies bothers buying and wearing dresses/tops with low neckline then wear bandeau with it. Please correct me if I’m wrong... what I’m thinking is if someone is not comfortable or confident showing off “more” skin, then low cut dresses/tops are not for them.

Many may agree na may binabagayan din talaga yung mga low cut dresses/tops. Some looks nice on it na hindi the “bastusin” type, while others are somewhat looks cheap/trying hard.

    BTT:

It's too low cut to be without one and not appropriate for office wear. I want to maximize mixing and matching my clothes so if can be worn in the office, casual or evening etc.

I go by the rule: show skin on top then cover the bottom; show skin on the bottom then cover the top.

that's right...leave something to the imagination i like women that wear clothes appropriately, not the trendy type but knows the right mix and match.

too much skin is trashy, too little skin is manang (although my Mom calls me manang sometimes )

I'm also not into trendy clothes because I want clothes I can wear for years that's why most of my clothes are black

Naiirita ako ngayon sa "cold shoulder" trend (blouse or dress)

timeless LBDs! personally, i find women on LBD attractive. [emoji4]

the off-shoulder trend now... so that’s what you call it. Within my circle of girl friends wala masyadong mag lakas loob na makiuso... malakas akong manlait! Hahaha! [emoji14]

That's what I'm wearing now (long sleeves). Usually I just wear a black dress and Russian red lipstick. I have a lot of black dresses because it's easy to change the look of a black dress eg wear flats or pumps or boots or wear stockings or nude or wear a cardigan or jacket over it.

Off shoulder is more acceptable to me. Google "cold shoulder top" I don't like it at all.

yeah, several occasions I overheard that mix n match tip as topic of my girl friends. and i even adopted the black cardigan as a staple piece of clothing, especially on a 2 or 3-day trips (I’m mastering the art of packing light).

i call it “the yassi get up” not knowing the cold shoulder top term. hahaha! and yes, i also think it’s not appropriate as office wear.

I love men in cardigan. It's so preppy

I also like to wear the preppy look (plaid mini skirt, stockings, mary janes/boots, white button down long sleeves and cardigan over it).

I have a lot of these preppy mini skirts. It's classic also

Re cold shoulder, I won't be caught dead wearing it. A colleague of mine offered to sell me one. I just told her it's not my style hahaha

    She tolerates them...

Am being "unfaithful", but within her call and beckon.

    More importantly, they're inanimate...

Lucky for both of us bro,- "understanding" wifeys....

Was telling her too, that if a man is indeed in "cheat mode",- even an hour of absence would do,- and the wifey won't notice....
