If someone kasi stole your credit card without signature. Someone will just sign it and then can pretend to be you. Not all establishment asks for ID. Now if you put "SEE I.D." there will be no space left for signature and the establishment will be forced to verify you via ID.

Nainis nako dyan cathy.

Last time I was there I even used my cousin's debit card for groceries And when the cashier asked me to sign Doon sa Digital pad. I told him it's not mine and what name should I sign in. Sabi sa akin Just sign Your name. [emoji16]

i once saw this cashier at her station in the supermarket.
"hindi ho inyo yang CC. iba ang picture."
    "sa kapatid ko."
    "hindi po puede."
    "bakit naman?"
"dahil hindi inyo. malay natin, kaka-nakaw lang nyan."

    good point, also.

    Cash is king pala talaga.

Fundador - one of our friends would brush his teeth first before drinking this.... He likes the mixture of toothpaste with it.... 😊 And he would always tell us that it will be the same thing for him with "andador"....😉😁

Baka matagal magbayad mga HMO, or they pay cheaper fees.

According to my friend who used to work for one HMO, both.

Pero sila bayad naman on time sa doctor's fees. Lower fees pero bawi sa volume of patient referrals. Meron din naman kasing limit ang HMO per illness, so bilang ang doctor's consultation and diagnostics and/or whatever procedures may be done.

They pay whatever is "HMO rate" which, of course, most doctors wouldn't want kaya some of them would even ask for additional for patient consultation kahit pa sa HMO naka-charge.

Take note din na bihira ang specialists like neurosurgeon, pedia surgeon, etc. na under ng HMO. Alam kasi nilang they can demand higher fees that HMOs will never give them.

lower fees but bigger volume, works well if one is selling TV sets. the amount of effort ("overhead") involved is the same, whether 1 tv set sold a day or ten.
sa duktor, ten hmo patients means ten times the effort, but less than ten times the money.

the bank just called a few minutes ago. one cheque i received this week, was issued over 6 months ago. who's responsible...? now i have to have it re-validated.

"...are you all living under the same time zone?"

    or,
"ma-una ka na, bok. sunod ako maya-maya. i can afford to be late, because same patient naman yata ang titignan natin."

    heh heh.

but seriously, i have seen too many times, when a 5 minute round extended to 2 hours, because "something happened".
example: "nag-arrest sa harap ko!" (translation: he stopped breathing and lost consciousness, in front of me! i had to stay and revive him, and stay with him until he stabilized.)

many doctors kasi, will alternately schedule their outpatient schedules with their rounds, within half a day.

True. But at the end of the day, how many cash paying patients would a doctor get if you are maintaining a clinic in a tertiary private hospital like TMC or MMC? Marami nagtatiyaga sa government hospital so it's low cost, if not free for indigent patients.

Note also that many of these HMOs maintain their own in-house clinics with specialist doctors so there's competition dun palang.

If the patient's condition or illness is serious, ubos din naman kaagad ang max limit so any excess will still come from the patient's own pocket.

Anyone from cavite here and following Boying Remula on Facebook? I follow him for announcements.

Do you think a true governor will post something like this? Baka kasi I'm following a fake account.

AIR ASIA is the lousiest airline in the world. They make 88 year old passengers pay for their wheelchair, as what happened to Dra. Vilma Diaz in her trip back to the Philippines from Macau on December 28, 217.
They abuse their passengers in the guise of cheap fairs.
    IWASAN NYO ANG AIR ASIA.
THE WORST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD.
