^ well military man ang documented owner kaya ...well...kaya siguro nakalusot kasi military man din dati ang head ng environment manager natin last admin

ganyan din ang plano ng isang afp man or pnp man sa masungi geo reserve sa rizal . pati nga bucor naki-eksena na. pero as of now those usurpers are being held at bay because the masungi georeserve management has been very vigilant about those "land grabbers"

Chingkee Tan once said when buying a condominium unit it must have an ROI of at least 10yrs to be considered an investment. But nowadays condo units ROI is between 15 to 20yrs due to high escalation of condo unit price and it is considered as either luxury or liability.

... i thought it was a seaman... a sea captain...

when i heard several authorities talking about captain's peak these past two days,
"it is not as simple as i initially thought. i thought there were regulatory twists and turns..."

but if half the buyers of condos are all thinking of the same thing, i.e., renting the unit out...
the prospective costumer will have a filled day!

I tried our "online payment" system for amilyar this year. Actually, you just deposit your payment to their bank account and email a copy of the deposit slip. Then they will mail your receipt. Thing is, I discovered now that it was sent via Philpost and according to the tracking status, it was out for delivery last Jan 31 pa. Did some googling to see if this delay is normal and all I see is that yes it will either be delayed for a long time or not arrive at all. Meron pa nagsabi na puntahan ko daw sa post office at malamang it's just sitting there. Totoo ba ito?

Online payment is supposed to make it more convenient. That is almost the opposite of convenient

Walang magagawa at yan lang kaya nila sa ngayon siguro. It's a bit convenient for me because instead na pupunta ako sa city hall na malayo na ma traffic pa ay sa nearest bank na lang. Actually I could have just made an online bank transfer kaso siniguro ko muna na legit ang account by asking the bank teller. Hindi kasi sila magco confirm ng tawag lang. Next year pwede na ako mag online.

But ang concern ko ay sa snail mail pala nila pinadaan, actually 15 years ago ginagamit pa ng bank ang Philpost for sending statements but now I don't know. Meron naman soft copy kaso mas maganda if I had the original OR.
