Section 21 ng IRR ng RA 9165.Custody and Disposition of Confiscated, Seized, and/or Surrendered Dangerous Drugs. Technicaloity nga kasi mali handling ng drugs, walang insulating witness (either two person from DOJ, brgy official or media) plus in the presence of the accused dapat nilalagay sa evidence pouch or bag at sini-seal yung nakuhang drugs. Sablay na naman pulis kasi ang report eh suicide kaya siguro hindi naghanda para sa drugs. Nagulat ako yung dulo pala ng bacood yung tulay eh papunta pala boni avenue. Maganda madami tagusan. Aglipay tapos boni na.

there's this corner shop at the second corner, on the right side, opposite a restoran.
i like them because they have available parking off the road.

for my aircon,
i drive banawe until i cross amoranto ave.
the shop is the corner shop at the first corner, on the left, opposite a bank.
i go early, as parking is at a premium there.

Apparently it only works on the browser which is such a hassle. But naisip ko the end of Tsikot will come soon na rin naman talaga.

I wonder if any of the old-timers are willing to meet up for one last EB so that we can put faces to the online personas before this site fades into oblivion with its 20-year long history.
