That's good dapat hindi mag sabay both of your moms.. for more social distancing...

Mabuti ng nasa garden lang. open air instead ng nasa loob lang ng bahay..

    internet surfing,
    i came across this statement:
"truly rich people do not wear brand name clothes. they wear bespoke."

    hah!
    rich pala ako!
i wear bespoke. kamuning market tailors' association.
    si mang bong.
he's one tailor who, unlike my previous tailor, is easily available, hears, writes down, and follows my instructions, and does not insist on his.
    heh heh.

Isn't it up until the 80s almost all clothes are bespoke? I assume all social classes puro patahi. 90s lang ata nauso rtw. How I wish I knew how to sew clothes. Si UF knows how kasi sa fashion industry siya

Local RTWs started in the ‘80s & was killed off when known brand names started popping up. On thing I didn’t like with local RTWs at the time was the inconsistent fit. Tight sleeves with a loose fit?
Nowadays, I have only my Barong tailored as I rarely wear suits. Best barong I had made was in Lumban, Laguna. They even taught us the proper way of wearing a Barong Tagalog. It should always be worn with a long sleeved camisa tsino of the same color as the barong & the camisa shouldn’t be tucked into the pants so as to cover the belt.

Oh I was a kid lang kasi in the 80s and my Mom dressed me up then [emoji23] Ang memory ko up until the 80s nagpapatahi ng damit parents ko.

Dinadayo din ng family ko Lumban. We're from Laguna so it isn't too far naman.
