    maybe it's because of malaysia's infamous bumiputra policy? it's racist at its very core so it's non-inclusive and extremely sectarian.

    it's very much like indonesia too. that's why an indon acquaintance of mine is pretty desperate to marry a Filipina because he dreads the thought of going back to his homeland being ethnic chinese and all. he says the specter of another deadly race riot is always ever present over there.

    i am wondering,

    if government taxed all motor vehicles, based only on size and engine displacement,
    no discounts because they come from this and that country,
    or discounted because they have more seats, or
    discounted because they are gas or they are diesel,

    magkano kaya ang presyo ng sedan or hatchback, at ng innova or avanza?
