Huh? Why would they manage out someone whose salary in on the ceiling? The next step would be to promote unless the employee decides to stay in the position and accepts that there will be no more increase until he or she upgrades his role/responsibilities.
Ang mga nama manage out are employees that are a headache to management (underperforming, incompetent, difficult, character/personality defect or sadly napaginitan)
also re geography, it's not necessarily abroad, like for example sa geographical sphere ko I am only willing to drive farthest North would be Ortigas and South Paranaque (or maybe Alabang). My parents always had that rule to study and work close to home.Last edited by _Cathy_; June 23rd, 2021 at 03:36 PM.

For a toddler? Get a small breed dog, they will outgrew it or magasawa agad yan and guess sino na mag alaga?
But IMO toddler is too young to have a puppy. Wait a few years more before mo bilihan.
Too young to give a toddler the responsibility of taking care a puppy.
If just for the kicks and giggle ng toddlers ng toddler, I don't think puppy should be it.
Getting a puppy is a lifetime commitment.

If it's a labrador though, they should be able to exercise it/burn all its energy, otherwise they become very destructive when bored (first hand experience having several labs in my lifetime) It should be well trained din because they could unintentionally hurt a toddler when they play since they are big. I'm a full grown adult and my 108 lb lab is able to drag me when I walk her at nabubuwal ako minsan when she jumps on me [emoji23]
But yes very very kind and gentle dogs, love their soft mouth as well (they could handle an egg without breaking it) I also don't like GR as well as I prefer my dogs short haired

Definitely hindi yung toddler mag aalaga so I hope the adults at home are dog lovers. I've had dogs since I was in kinder or prep ata pero buti dog lover din kasi brother and Dad ko. I also recommend a small breed basta do NOT get a chihuahua, those are little devils with very bad temperament.

June 23rd, 2021 08:20 PM #32830it's your toddler's part-time-fragile-toy-that-can-bite-and-scratch-even-un-intentionally, and your full-time responsibility.
pag may nangyari, you might be charged with child endangerment.
unless you are ready to take care of it yourself,
"don't".
get your toddler a robust toy with large parts, i.e., li'l tykes.
good luck, father.
someones are (at last!) loudly asking, "why did they turn off the countdown timers?"
