It centered on the ken miles driven le mans ford gt40 w/c is supposedly still "race worthy" and on display in a museum in las vegas. It's apparently worth some thing like $12 m right now.

Bakit ka pa gagastos if you can just find a small corner where you can work? Kami ni misis, office mates sa bahay so di puwede magkasabay yung meetings

i'd DIY.
then i'd get a sub-contractor (i.e., "carpenter"), who will do the heavy lifting for me.
i imagine,
siguro naman, mas mura pa rin overall, compared to pre-fab.
