I don't think it's limited to women or millennials naman. Btw one can be both, but a conservative, which can turn out to be one of her many haters.

Generally speaking there are just people who likes her politics (in a moral and modern America no person should be too poor to live). In the time of Trump, she excites democratic voters. They see her as the future.

(vietnam war, korean war, USSR cold war)

The free market ideology that the US defended which resulted in massive wealth/income equality opened the minds of a whole generation of Americans to consider socialism
