Kahit naman anong topic and kahit saan public platform if we post something we should expect reactions. But here believe it or not I don't want to be a difficult one. In person tho I 'rarely' get into discussions about women issues, walang triggers.

Not dissing AOC because I like her but I don't like it when I get like that sa office. There should be better ways to communicate ideas even if I'm frustrated. Yung TL ko, kaya niyang ideliver yung bad news or yung difficult topic without being emotional. That's handling difficult conversations and that's a leadership skill.
