i'm also looking forward to seeing my dentist.
my tooth mal-functioned shortly before covid lockup.
the only time i wasn't bothered by it, was when i was looking at my leaking nawasa pipe.

    some clinics are undergoing re-arrangement.
they are setting up clear plastic dividers with transaction ports, 'ala bangko of olde" or airport immigration or airport money exchange.
physician sits inside, dressed in gloves, mask and clear face plate. if physician has to examine the patient more thoroughly, PPE daw.
patient gets to pay for all these consumables.

That haponed to my wife's work laptop. Ayaw din mag on after na drain battery ayaw din mag charge. Ginawa nya binuksan nya at tinanggal nya yung battery, nag turn on naman yung laptop. I don't know what she did else pero binalik nya battery after mag turn on and the battery charged na.

last night, i was seeing an italian video of a senior citizen, seated in the park, reading the newspaper.
half the newspaper comprised of obituary notices and nothing else...
    depressing.

doc how bad will it get kaya when dengue season comes?

i was watching bbc kanina and there was a news feature showing latin american countries currently being ravaged by both the covid19 pandemic and the dengue fever epidemic. their medical resources are being depleted by the day.

locally, i'm guessing there will be a lot of finger pointing and hand wringing why the dengvaxia vaccine was heavily politicized. ma-uungkat nanaman ang pangalan ni acosta imbis na tahimik at medyo nakalimutan na siya.

Internal yung battery sir eh, mga 18650 cells. No luck pa rin hanggang ngayon. Left it plugged in overnight pero wala talaga. Even the charging indicator is not lighting up. Pero there's some heat generated on the lower right portion ng laptop. Just below the keyboard. Ngayon nagtatawag pa rin ako ng accredited shops that can open and check the laptop. Walang macontact. Di tuloy makapagturo ngayon si misis.

    i have a feeling,
the covid quarantine situation may decrease this year's dengue numbers.

    denggoyvaxia.
the use of the vaccine may have been recklessly rushed, but the vaccine works as advertised.
history will probably favor it, because it probably saved more lives than it destroyed.
but seeing those victims as flesh and blood and not just statistics... leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
