send subsequent shipments by surface freight. it'll be slower, but it'll be cheaper.

I have a document from USCIS that needs to be sent to me, that is just an A4 envelope, $120 ata for fedex. I was thinking magpa sea freight balikbayan box na lang kaya ako only $90 and no weight limit pa. My Mom said too risky because that documents costs a lot of money so I will just wait for a relative who can bring it for me :P

if you send it by surface mail, baka lumampas kayo sa expiration date for reply. 6 weeks yata ang surface freight, if i recall.
have it travel via the more secure and faster means.
