    Meron along Ortigas Ave. Ext., yung Alfonso's, residential room rental made of container vans. Tapos garden village yung concept. Ang tagal na nito.

    But yup, parang pang temporary. Yung gusto mo muna pagkakitaan yung lote, tapos pag may mas may longterm plan ka na at least mas madali magtanggal ng container vans.

    Same age cars but one is driven mostly in traffic, hence low mileage while the other is driven mostly in highway, hence higher mileage. Which would be in better condition?

    i would think the one with higher mileage.. however, in terms of parts to be replaced.. baka mas madami nang papalitan yung higher mileage car..
