June 8th, 2019 03:07 PM #25794what is "real sugar" ?
if it means, sucrose, then there are other, even local, sources of "real sugar".
the picture on the bottle looks like coconuts.
so is "real sugar" in reality, coconut sugar?
but you have to tone it down.
especially if you have diabetic blood relatives.Last edited by dr. d; June 8th, 2019 at 03:49 PM.

Sugars are either monosaccharides or disaccharides. Monosaccharides are the simple sugars like glucose (dextrose) and fructose (fruit sugar). They are the basic units of carbohydrates. Comibine them and you get sucrose (table sugar) and lactose (milk sugar). Combine them further and you get polysaccharides - starch and cellulose. The simpler the form, the easier to break it down.
I still remember a few lessons from my high school organic chemistry. Hehehe

ung being healthy in your 40s has more to do with your foundation than a newly discovered diet you're on now
i mean kung educated and middle/high income ang parents mo malamang na-provide nila ang proper nutrition and health care and safe environment
kaya lumaki ka healthy and can cross that 40 year milestone easilyLast edited by uls; June 8th, 2019 at 04:09 PM.

so pag healthing-healthy ka pa in your 40s kaya pa ng katawan mo mag absorb ng unhealthy habits like smoking, alcohol, sugary drinks
magkakaalaman tayo 10 to 20 years from now kung healthy ba talaga ang sugar habit mo
