Cuz it's all driver error... Wala lang may gustong umamin. Easier to blame the car... which has no mouth to defend itself with. Sa dami ng strada, 0 SUA, and sa dami nang nabentang gen2 sa thailand, indonesia, australia, wala ring SUA.

I've never seen an "SUA" accident pa naman sa Fortuner. Yung sa Innova umamin naman na driver error

I'm guessing nobody will really want to participate in a survey/data gathering exercise where the objective is to correlate driver demographics with the accident. i.e. implying the possibility of driver error hehehe

Could the driver be in an emergency situation that he panicked and stepped on the wrong pedal? Could also be experiencing hypo or hyper glycemia.
