    ^ what a feat! such a tremendous engineering and project management effort to execute a huge project in the middle of busiest and tightly populated city forest. kudos to the videorapher [emoji108]

    but i'm more interested in the below it, because that's where i'll be.

    madali lang naman gumawa ng on-time project.
    the secret is,
    1. make sure all rights of way are already finished, before construction even begins; and
    2. hefty tardiness penalty.

    but i noticed, hindi masyado mabigat ang trapik sa ibaba. pinili siguro ang less-traffic day. like a holiday.
