the better time to buy, is during the end of the schoolyear, when student-owners are graduating and are selling their units.
buying at the start of the schoolyear might not be a good time to buy, as parents like you are a'huntin' for units for their children entering freshman year.

but spilled milk and all that...
if i have spending money, i'd buy a unit now, if i were in your position. after 4 years, i can sell it, or i can hold on to it and rent it out.
you might not make a lot of money renting it out, but it's a stable source of income naman, what with its location.
you can also use it as your manila home, whenever you are here. you can share it with your friends and relatives, whenever they are in manila. heh heh.

errr... get one with parking slot.
that parking slot is in greater demand than the condo itself.
if you do not need the parking slot, and if condo rules allow, you can rent it out. "name your price." heh heh.

If I understand the facts correctly, the threats were made via PM.

The forum is not a court or tribunal where the "other side" is asked or required to explain his or her actions before being sanctioned.

The forum rules are there to deal with those actions accordingly.

My 2 cents.

When I joined as a member I agreed to subscribe to the rules explicitly given. The moderators are there to do their jobs and are not required to explain their actions to us members. If they do, it's only as a matter of courtesy or an FYI more than anything, so just deal with it.

I personally think Tama Yun hinde nilabas dito sa Forum pag PM nangyari yun threaths and harassment dahil PRIVATE message nga, but what surprised me and what I also don't gets. Bakit kailangan magsend ng ganyan?

This is just a forum for Pete's sake. Sobrang affected ba ang buhay at kailangan mag threat pa?

Di ko alam na may threat threat na pala, kaya my 2 cent, if there's a post that I don't like, just ignore it na lang and don't read it, wala pang samaan ng loob and everybody is happy, and you are right sir, forum lang ito, everybody is entitled to their opinion whether it's negative or positive, may sailing pagiisip ang bawat tao and iba-iba ang upbringing.
