Having your own place, cars, money for leisure and travel, money for expenses related to having kids, and a fair bit of savings and investments.
If you wanna be technical about it it will fall into the A/B socio economic stratification.
Although if you're not too particular with the place you live in, the car you drive, the school you send your kids to, the places you eat at or travel to - the aforementioned goals can be achieved by someone from the C/upper C income bracket.

April 27th, 2018 01:48 PM #19415juts share ko na lang sayo sinabi ni kapatid Brian Tracy:
Success is based on the law of averages. The more things you try, the more like it is that you will achieve greatly. The major obstacles to success always lie within the mind. They are not contained in external circumstances, situations or people. As soon as you win the inner battle, the outer battle seems to take care of itself.
Here is a key discovery: Your weakest important skill determines the height of your success. You could be excellent in six out of seven of you key areas, but your weakness in the 7th can hold you back for years. Make the effort to identify your most important skill and dedicate yourself in mastering that skill, one skill at a time. Once mastered, identify that one skill that could help you advance further, until the “compounding effect” takes over and you move rapidly upwards.
No success is possible without failure. All success is preceded by failure, usually great failure, repeated over a long period of time Double your rate of failure if need be. If you’re not failing, you’re not growing. Problems, setbacks, disappointments and troubles are inevitable realities in life.
and lastly I share to you the LAW
Law of Indirect Effort. You achieve more when you act indirectly rather than directly. The harder you try to achieve what you want, the less successful you will be.
so please juts, i care for you that why i shared to you this, dont mention success or you will never really get it. mention utang even if in our society utang is negative, the opposite of success. all people pursue success, but not all people pursue utang.

Not necessarily. May middle class na may medical insurance kaya hindi issue ang illness
My maternal Lola has medical insurance but it's in the US. She hated having to travel to the US annually for her healthcare. When my Lola got extremely sick, at least the gastos was one less thing to think about (thank God for medical insurance!)
Ang problema sa Pilipinas wala naman ata medical insurance for those over 65. And if you do have one NAPAKARAMING PRE EXISTING CONDITIONS that practically disqualifies you from claiming anything. My Mom has to buy her maintenance medicine in the US dahil ginto ang presyo ng gamut sa PilipinasUnicorn friend ko buys her allergy meds in Thailand. Umiinit ulo ko when I thinking about it kasi bakit yung mahirap na bansa pa mahal ang gamut.

Middle income is when you split your gross pay in the middle and save the other half, eventually you'll get there.

Wew a useful post from you. Thanks for the tips!
You're right about indirect effort. The mindset shouldn't be focused on the destination alone, but rather on the daily grind and the journey towards it.
Having an overarching goal gives a general direction of where you're headed, but it's the day-to-day hustle and continuous cycle of improvement that you should focus on.
Interesting points as well about the weakest skill and the importance of trying many things. These things are actually easily evident in sports, but also broadly applicable in life. Will work on my weaknesses. [emoji106]
