Seeing a few 3rd-liner brands of wifi routers / switches these days, mostly from China: Kasda, Wireless-Tek, etc. Are the any good? Wireless-tek in particular has industrial grade switches.

Chicken? As my mom & lola told me, Mechado has that piece of fat inside the meat, hence “mitsa”, then mechado.

Yes Master B, traditionally it should be beef, and the 'linamnam' that comes with it. But my kids like my chicken version and it's slightly healthier (I only use chicken breasts) and cheaper.

I actually just mostly eat the carrots. I like carrots in tomato sauce for some reason.
