Cathy's point is to have a designated driver. If among friends, they can take turns. Designated driver A will bring his car and friends ride with him. Next time, another friend will be the designated driver B and so on.

That's fine if everyone lives in the same neighborhood ... and drinking sessions are scheduled ...

    fine or not,
someone has to be the designated booze-free driver, and someone's car has to be the designated taxi nang bayan.

    otherwise,
    mag-taxi na lang pa-punta at pa-uwi.

Kung mag inuman talaga na maging wasted then just invite your friends to do the drinking sa bahay mo.

Which is why the driver-on-call service was a good thing ... no friend to hassle ... you go home in your car ...

You have to remember ... when one is young and on the prowl ... you generally want to bring a car ... just in case you happen to want to have a midnight snack in a cozy place ... taking a cab or having a friend drive you to that cozy place is just so ... lame ...

    kaya magpapahuli ako sa drop-off.
i do not think the driver will be interested in me.
"driver, sa pasay tayo. mas mura doon kaysa pasig."

    btw,
do you know what "red light district" is and how it got its name?

Good girl ako in my youth. I was driving na at 16 and I always bring my car kasi parang security blanket ko yun. My parents trust me/maluwag sakin, kaya inaalagaan ko sarili ko Thankfully din I've always been with guys that respect me [emoji5]

May friend ako na ganyan. His house was the first place I drove to when I was given my first car at 16. Haha. He lives alone in a huge house kaya party place siya. If those walls could talk. I've witnessed so much debauchery in that house lol

Its easy to get a grab now to avoid drunk driving. Just need to be a bit sober before booking one.

In MM, yes. Pero if libre ang lunch at maybe breakfast or dinner then pwede na.

    i am wondering,
why do some guys in the youtube car reviews, wear baseball cap? are they that ... conscious?
those who are identified with the auto industry or auto journalism, however, do not.
    la lang.
