grabe din ako magka-dandruff dati, i think due sa stress sa work, lack of sleep at eating habits. i used nizoral o selsun blue shampoo nuon and it helped sa itchyness. i used it alternate sa regular shampoo na hindi anti-dandruff. yung cream silk conditioner na kulay blue o purple, mabisa din at gusto ng scalp ko. when i did regular exercising, sleep better and eat healthier nawala na din ang dandruff.

you need to find saan hiyang scalp mo. ayaw ng scalp ko mga anti-dandruff shampoos like clear, head & shlder etc. lalo ako nagka-dandruff at makati ang anit[emoji28]

+1 sa nizoral shampoo. I use it twice a week, babad sa buhok for at least 3 minutes. 8 weeks nawala dandruff ko. Although when I stopped bumalik after few weeks. Kaya ginawa ko maintenance at least once a week.

I actually shave my head, not literally pero kalbo ung tawag nila number zero ang razor. Ang nawawala naman ang dandruff ko but this time grabe, I can feel na makapal talaga.

the statistics have not gone significantly up.
so it's probably just the season.

dandruff is caused by a naturally occurring fungus in our bodies. uv light in sunlight helps dampen its growth when there's an outbreak - probably due to stress, low immunity, bad diet etc. gotta remember, fungi love damp moist places so a little exposure to the sun could help.

Mas okay Nizoral but a cheaper but effective alternative is Dermazole. May sachet pa sa Mercury Drug. Use twice a week lang when needed and thrice if medyo malala talaga.

Kahit sa mukha pwede yan.
