Ang mga alam ko namamatay sa elevator eh mga naiipit sa pinto, then umaandar habang ipit sila. Meron naman isang maintenance guy namatay. I forgot the exact story but it was a miscommunication with his coworker, nasa loob sya ng elevator shaft. He instructed his coworker to start the elevator, somehow mali intindi nung coworker, I forgot what was the miscommunication part. Naipit sya sa loob ng shaft.

it's rare nowadays (close to impossible) to find someone who will work for you their entire productive life

Two persons were killed after an elevator being repaired collapsed inside a building in Makati City early Friday morning, the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) said.

Based on preliminary report from NCRPO, an elevator car fell from the 38th floor to the basement while the victims identified as Manuel Linayao and Rey Miguel Gilera were fixing the elevator on the the sixth floor at around 2:55 a.m.

Two other elevator installers were injured in the incident, the police said.

yan ang problema ng developers build & sell walang kapride-pride sa trabaho. Ang sampayan dapat sa likod ng bahay nakapwesto out of the publicview. Tapos dapat may roof para hindi maulanan pero pede pasukan ng ahraw airflow.

wala pa ako nakita worth 20million na townhouse may maayos na sampayan. Next ko titingnan yung 40 to 80milyones.

wala kasing privacy and security ang yarda sa townhouse.

We looked at the house me and my wife are planning to buy. Almost sure na, computations na lang.

It's all good yesterday, we are excited. But today I feel anxious. We've been living in our current place for a decade now. What I like about our current is walang immieiate neighbours, the closest is 4 lots down the road. Walang bahay sa tapat namin.

The picture eh yung balak namin bilhin. As you can see, one lane left and sa side nila ang hilera ng parking. Obviously we won't be able to park on our side, it's OK since it has a garage. Pero mukhang mahirap pumasok with that small maneuvering space. We need to consider a good gate na hindi makaka istorbo while parking. Since the lot only has one garage, we will be leaving the other car dito sa current house namin.

Ngayon ko lang naisip, nasanay kami wala kapit bahay. And I don't know kung ok ba itong magiging kapit bahay namin. Just the thought of having neighbours makes me anxious.

I just hope they are good neighbors. We won't let go of our current house. Siguro if worse comes to worst, or maybe pag retire namin we can come back to our current house.

Better in the sense of more secured. 3 to 4 guarded gates before you can reach the house, at hindi basta basta nagpapa pasok.

Our current location eh the usual village na labas pasok mga tao and they only have to pay ₱10 at the gate.

Also a lot of establishments in this new location, just outside the village, like Savemore, puregold, shopwise. Kaya populated na sya.

Unlike our current location, it's a cluster of villages, and we are almost at the inner most and sparsely populated, Attached is a view our 2nd floor. Napapaligiran kami ng puno and as you can see yung mga bakanteng lote eh ginawang taniman ng gulay.

Napag uusapan kasi namin ni misis, our current location was cheap 10 to 20 years ago. Now na develop yung paligid nya at tumaas ang value. So we thought we should be buying house.

Yung current location was from my wife's friend. As a friend she is offering the house for its value 5 years ago. So mas mura. We are seeing at as an investment kasi patuloy tumataas ang value nya. But we are planning to live there too.
