    It’s not that simple. In the grassroots level, the purpose is exposing the talent then, train the talent & expose them to local meets, the best is the Palarong Pambansa. If they keep on winning, elite athlete na sila but they should be trained abroad. Diaz, Yulo & Obiena spent the last 4 years at least living abroad. Talent comes by but a gem of a talent is rare.

    pang solo filght talaga pinas sa sports.

    just cannot excel in team sport.

    bowling = paeng

    billiards = bata

    boxing = the graduate of university of makati, 3 months course of bachelor of science hahaahahh!!! my gawd jejomar ang lakas mo talaga mang haosiao.

    now hidilyn = weightlifting. (its good dahil dahil maiinfluensyahan kabataan mag squats, deadlifts = these are the basics of compound exerciise. Yung snatch, clean & jerk you need repetitive training para matutunan yan. Dapat mahiya mga lalake puro bicep curl that is so 90s johnny bravo.

    So all individual sports. No unity in team sport.

    Paano ko kaya gagawin matibay katawan ko? I noticed kasi sa palengke, yung mga suki ko don't use mask and none of them got covid - may mga senior pa dun! I only buy sa open air and don't go inside. Ang dami dami nila nakakasalamuha sa araw araw.

    Yung tiyan ko matibay kasi I eat expired at hindi ako maarte sa food. Mabilis lang ako magkasakit pag naulanan (considering I take tons of supplements) Sabi ng Mom ko masyado daw ako malinis sa katawan, but I don't think so kasi my fat lab rarely takes a bath and I always hug her :P I get my hands dirty naman (I clean my own car, nagsasabon ako ng gulong)

    Nakakainggit din minsan yung mga tao na parang walang covid sa mundo nila

    Dr, daming nonagenarian at centenarian that passed in 2021. Have you heard about the cardiologist that passed away a few days ago, also in his 90s.

    so far...
    in our experience,
    wala pa.
    none of them last long.
    but i vaguely recall that one or two models have replacement parts available...

    ang pinakamatibay sa akin ay yung traditional lampaso + metal (galvanized) mop squeezer.
    unwieldy and expensive, but long-lasting.

    Thought so. But that one takes forever to use doc. Given Scotch Brite's price I don't think may parts ito. Affordable naman palitan regularly, but I want our stuff to last para mas konti basura. And abala din kasi yung bili ng bili ng kapalit.

    If Petecio wins the gold, will she get the same prizes Hidilyn Diaz got?
