Halos presyong Makati/BGC na yan. I have a lot of officemates who rent condos (and I also thought of renting a condo that is walking distance from the office) Nasa 25k to 30k+ range

I used to be so irritated at my parents for making me study and work near home but I am glad I listened. Traffic was already bad in the 90s but it became horrible in the 2010s. Until now sinusumpa ko dela Rosa st na mas mabilis pa kung nag bike na lang ako pauwi

This same method is being studied on the transgenders. So that is science under Coe.
