There is a surgical procedure for that which I find to be not so serious sounding but it is one of the most difficult abdominal surgeries. It’s called the Whipple procedure. Parang cartoon name no?

whipple procedure is for tumors of the pancreatic head or duodenum, that have not yet spread ("metastasized").. if done early enough, cure is a possible outcome.
