Most people forget to consider the mental toughness and the competitive mindset of a person. Nobody wanted Brady during the draft because he wasn’t quick enough, he wasn’t physical enough, and he didn’t have the arm strength of a quarterback.

Well, for the last 2 decades, he dominated NFL like no other athlete. He rallied his teammates to have that winning mindset and bring them to the promised land.

He left New England after being told to be old already. He joined a young and talented Tampa team who just needed to be shown how to win. He brought with him some talented old guys (Gronk, AB, Fournette) who wants to win like him.

No question he deserves that 7th NFL title and wait, he’s coming back for another year.

I was a big Montana fan. But one thing going in Brady’s way that wasn’t in Montana’s era are the rules protecting the QB. Before, pass rushers had this mindset of destroying the QB. Montana suffered from concussions, broken bones, knee injuries...... all that shortened his career. Its a good thing Brady doesn’t have to go through all that. We are lucky we get to watch a hall of famer. I would have loved to witness Montana’s greatness before. At least now, we get to see another in the making.

Brady looked up to Montana growing up. He looked forward to joining the 49ers as it was his hometown football team. The 49ers passed up on Brady thinking he might be a draft bust. Only Bellichick and the Patriots took the chance on Brady.

After 2 years of playing, Brady got his first Super Bowl (2002) with the Patriots and that was followed by 5 more championships within the 2 decades. Brady was a crucial part of that 6 wins for New England, that’s one more than the total number of Super Bowl wins for the 49ers. If the 49ers took the chance on him, the 49ers would be the winningest team on the NFL. Coach Steve Mariucci paid dearly for passing up that chance.

Brady is already a legend on his own for the more than 20 years he has been playing. It’s a marvel that he’s still playing at 43. He left New England and has started a new career with Tampa Bay. If Tampa keeps its players for the next season, Brady will be able to do a repeat the same way New England did in 2004 and 2005.

What I was so surprised about was Bill Walsh not pushing for Brady when it was he who made Montana. But maybe he saw too much of Montana in Brady. Montana was fragile & had great protection with tackles all around him. Don’t forget he also had a great wide reciever in Rice. Brady, on the other hand, had none of those & made do with no big name guys.

When too many injuries started hounding Montana, he was quickly subbed by Young, a Montana understudy. The NFL is really cruel.

i do not know if it will last long,
but one should determine the size.
sometimes, the product is really considerably smaller than one would have imagined.
