    Meron din pero I've been with pldt dsl for 15 yrs na ata. 3x pa lang ako totally nawalan ng net at lahat yan one time big time (more or less one week) Pero at least may nakakausap ako sa phone, sa converge kasi wala daw at ang bago pa nila to have these issues.

    depende siguro sa area. different areas are handled by different 3rd party contractors. with the growing number of customers i'm sure the contractors are having "fantastic" time with the call center "dispatch".
