it's "aromatic".
the odor molecules causing the intense pungent odor, are like covid virus particles, airborne (that is why you can smell it).
they simply stick to whatever surface they get in contact with... headliner.. seat upholstery/cover.. carpeting.. your clothes.. your hair..
laundering your seat covers would probably help.

Kung superhot, the asbestos-like wool insulation fibre ng oven may nabbili sa lagermania or elba.

sinubukan ko kanina iyong flammable properties ng acoustic insulation na nakita ko sa bodega and hindi nga siya mabilis masunog.

i also did that fire test to a piece of styrofoam cut from an icebox and it became a fireball in seconds. delikado din talaga pala.
