a number of those arrests are being made outside of manila, and surprisingly in the vismin region to boot. i guess the resentment is really growing even among the visayans and mindanaoans that's why there's a concerted effort to make those arrests and scare people into shutting their traps.

i remember when detractors made fun of noynoy aquino by publicly calling him panot, abnoy and the like w/ no fear of forthcoming arrests. heck, even the lady from genteel stock, gloria macapagal-arroyo, endured the "pandak" label thrown at her and she just shrugged it off like it was nothing.

and then comes this self-proclaimed "strongman" who make incessant mortal threats, spews insults left and right and yet uncontrollably bristles w/ the weakest of puns.

Bakit kaya nawala jai alai, my lola made me kwento na lokong loko mga kapatid ng Lolo ko sa Jai Alai nung kabataan, so this was around the 1940s. some folks decided to tear down the iconic jai alai bldg along taft ave opposite rizal park, near tm kalaw, to build... something else.
why the authorities allowed it... i do not know.

back in the day,
even blindfolded, i knew that we were passing by in front it in the early morning.
the unique odor of spoiled magnolia chocolait is everpresent.

the bottles were recycle-able kasi, but the weight of the bottles to be recycled was heavy if they did not empty them first. they also probably made a mess in the truck, if they were not drained first.
my guess is, someones got the idea of pouring the contents into the street drainage.

^ nakikkita ko nga sa mga kalye at sa grocery meron na mangilan-ilan gumagamit ng mga "fashion statement" na face masks.

iyong mga bikers at hikers gamit nila mga balaclavas. iyong iba mga funny washable masks.

tapos sa cnn may napanuod ako iyong mga bandanas pwede gamitin in such a way na pwede in place of face masks. ito plano ko gamitin pag mag start na uli mag jogging. at least magagamit ko na din mga tubaw ko from southern mindanao.

Yes, it's resting bitch face. Urban dictionary explains it well. Frustration ko since HS to look mabait, I went as far as having my eyebrows reshaped but my friend told to just accept that I look like a btch lol

Classic nangyari samin back in HS, I got passed on a note from a classmate asking if I was mad. It puzzled me because it came out of nowhere, I said no and asked her what made her think so, kasi I was staring at her at ang sama daw ng tingin ko. I was actually staring at nothingness slash nakatitig sa kawalan, and since I have RBF and she was in the direction, akala niya masama tingin ko sa kanya anyway, my office bff in my 1st job who also has RBF told me with our RBF and signature bright red lipstick, we're immune from bullying, so it has its advantages Pati sa office ewan ko bakit feedback sakin pag yearly evaluation suplada and I'm only nice to my friends, wala naman kinalaman yan sa work output ko
