    I have a friend with same situation. And napansin ko na medyo nag iba siya. Kaya i support him morally right now.
    He was illegally terminated from his work, seaman siya. And he filed the case in NLRC. Kaya as much as possible sinasamahan ko siya if i have free time pag may hearing sila. Nawawalan kasi ng gana mag apply at feeling niya wala na siyang pag asa.

    Very interested in this topic right now, it seems the rainy season is also causing quite a few of the people that I work with to lose motivation and are not coping well with recent economic downturns for them. Ako din tuloy nawawalan ng gana minsan, because 2 of my clients are now cancelling their projects with us.

    What do you do to boost those feel-good hormones sir Big?
