In giving gifts to a married man, consider this:
    Nothing expensive
    Nothing of a personal nature.

Just give him a souvenier like, a keychain or a desk souveneir. Something to that effect.

I think he's used to getting expensive gifts kasi he is a doctor They are exceptions to that rule ata. If I compute kasi P2.5k per visit e he doesn't make us pay naman.

I didn't see your reply right away, apologies madame.

If you are genetically predisposed to gaining weight easily, even if you eat less you will still have excess pounds. IIRC, some people with glandular conditions gain weight even while on strict diets.

As for getting a gift for your favorite physician, why not try something handmade but simple, like a small framed artwork of a typical doctor, not too personal yet still specifically for him. Something he can hang up in his clinic so he's reminded of you whenever he sees it. Nothing says great gift like something well thought of and personalized. hehe.

For us real men, a unique gift is more appreciated, more than a generic expensive one.

skimmed, unsweetened cow's milk ("non-fat milk") has the same calorie content as unsweetened soy milk.
skimmed, unsweetened soy milk has less than 10% of the sugar content of unsweetened skimmed cow's milk.
unsweetened soy milk has 4 grams of fat to non-fat milk's zero fat content.
cow's milk has calcium. soy milk has to be fortified with calcium, if it is to be a good source of calcium.

    i agree.
whereupon one worried only for one's shoes to clean and one's dinner to choose...
now, one has to clean two pairs of shoes, and worry whether the other cares for army navy burger...

    "single blessedness". it is real.

but as one gets older... feeble... sickly...
    sinong mag-aalaga...?

But soy milk has naturally no cholesterol and has very very little saturated fats. And it's definitely cheaper than the low fat chocolate milk i used to favor

And i don't drink coffee that's why i take my milks seriously, doc.

And to add, whenever i feel lazy to eat dinner, milk is my go to "meal" (along w/ a slice or 2 of wheat bread). All the more reason for me to be picky about my mammary juice

kasi unlike married people or mga may ka-live-in na meron daily routine with their partner

people who have been single for a long time have found things to do to fill up their day

sa sobra sanay di basta basta pwede magsingit ng ibang tao sa schedule

like si Cathy lagi may plano siya for her weekend (wash car, grocery, dinner with friends, go to Laguna etc)

so pag may guy nag message sa kanya "hey wanna have dinner?" para kay Cathy it's like "bigla bigla naman neto may nakaplano nako eh... pwede next week nalang o kaya next month"

it's not that Cathy is hard to love or ayaw ng love

    istorbo kasi kayo
