Let me start... I am thinking about the tests that I need to undergo at the hospital tomorrow. I went through this several years ago, I hope the results are good.

This was the first ever post on this thread and it all started with your health madame Cathy, this should show you that you should really consider getting better medical advice and get off that bed/ couch, put on those running shoes and start walking.

Tinting the glass really does make a big difference. I mean, I've owned vehicles that had dark tint. But, the driver side tint on all of them weren't that dark. The one on my current car is the darkest (legal too) one yet and it does a good job of keeping away the heat and sunburn. The good folks at the Toyota dealer know their stuff.

For cabin heat reduction, simplest way is to choose the tint w/ the highest TSER (total solar energy rejected) value of least visibility impairment. The value covers Infrared & Ultraviolet & Visible Light.
For privacy....the darker, better.[emoji41][emoji4]

I don't know much about tint because I never paid much attention to them. I do know I was being tailed by the police because they probably wanted to see if my tint was legal. Once I put my sun shade at the back, they quit tailing me.

Yes But health is 80% diet and 20% exercise diba? I think I lost some weight because I don't get to eat dinner anymore.

I've never been a fan of mid-shifts (or graveyard shift). I feel so sleepy at work. Now that I'm home? I can't sleep.

When I was single, I enjoyed midshifts because I avoided rush hour and got additional shift pay.

I hated night shift because it wrecked havoc on my health and sanity.

My Aunt is over protective (but I do appreciate her concern) She won't let me walk by myself. 1/2 mile lang kailangan pa ko ihatid and then every hour kinakamusta ako sa phone. I'm in my 30s, I'm not in HS Nasa store lang naman ako namimili
