    ...cut-off?
    dunno.
as far as i know, there are no appointments required. i have always "walked in", without prior appointment.
i have learned, over the years, to go to the LTO at 3 pm and later. by that time, there would have been less cars in the queue.
unlike the driver's license, there seems to be no time cut-off, as long as all documents are there, and the LTO computers are not off-line!

ang gawa ko kasi, i do my tpl and emissions test, a day or two before the LTO visit, so that i do not spend an entire day for the car renewal chores.

i just heard over the radio,
there is an "online LTO portal" that offers its services online, including payments.
    scam daw ito.

Nagtanong ako dati tungkol sa ganito when I had my car reg renewed. Sabi nung taga LTO, walang cut off but as long as nakapila na dun sa inspection area by 4pm (or5 can't really remember) tatanggapin nila and tatapusin nila ang process kahit abutin ng 6 or later.

a few years ago, i was going to have my emissions test done at past 3 pm.
the person initially said, "quota na po; bukas na lang".
but i said, "next week pa ako magrerehistro".
    they allowed me.
i am not sure, who is doing the quota.
it is possible, that it takes time to upload and download the info...

    and yes,
i register a month in advance.

Once a week should be good enough. Better if the car be driven around.

How much worse can things get at work. If this isn't rock bottom, I don't know what else is. Giving up our office in Makati, reducing floors in Ortigas and BGC. They took away our PCs and now laptops. Removed so many benefits. Barya na bonus since 2017. No xmas decor last dec 2017 (it's that bad) Watering down the dishwashing liquid. This is also the first time in 10 yrs we ran out of paper. I'm afraid baka parking alisin na rin

It's so demoralizing. My German boss said baka pati toilet paper tanggalin na My visit to head office was disapproved again due to cost cutting.

Saw our new office layout and it looks like an assembly line. No partitions anymore and it's less than half our current workspace. Kaya pala they asked to remove all binders/docs/cork boards bec there's no place to put it

It's only January and we have several resignations already (can't blame them)

I meant our company is rock bottom na ata. Malapit na ata ma bail out

I love my job but I can only take so much. It's hard to be productive when they are taking away our computers. From 2 laptops and 1 pc to none. Sharing na lang kami. I can imagine those who don't love their jobs would leave at the first opportunity.

Malabo ako ma redundant. My local VP told me she flagged me as critical. Key man risk nga daw ako.

But I feel bad for the company kasi inabutan ko glory days. This job lets me buy what I want and take care of my second Mom and fat lab. Masakit din makita at ma experience pag bagsak niya.
