Afaik. Pwede. Since ang emission eh may picture ng actual plate number. Yung stencil naman is emission na din gumagawa non so nasa iyo na ang lahat ng doc needed.

Nope. There's a vehicle inspection area now where the LTO officer will check the vehicle. Actually ganun naman talaga dapat. Pero strict dapat. Although simpleng tingin lang sa auto. Ni hindi i start ang kotse and check kung gumagana ilaw lahat. Pero still may "inspection" na ginagawa.

Bakit di pwede i byahe yung lumang sasakyan?

Nope. The stencil boy is errand boy lang naman sa compound ng LTO. Di naman taga LTO yun. There is an LTO inspector. Official. Naka suot ng LTO uniform. Sya yung last pipirma sa form bago ipasok ang papel sa loob for processing.

The stencil boys are all around the compound, i forgot their designation printed on their black shirts. I was thinking they converted them to inspectors. Sila na rin kasi dati ang nag fill up ng form so all you need to do is submit the requirements and pay.

i had the car re-newed 10 days ago.
no need for stencil anymore.
the lto guy just asked me to sit inside and wait for my name to be called. i did not see what else he did after that. i left the engine bonnet open, but when i came back, it appears he did not open it.
but then, suki ko na siya dati pa.
