these days a 50k rent is just some crappy place not in the prime spots. a crappy place still worth tens of millions, something many lessees can't afford so they end up paying the rent. no choice eh

dyan tayo nagkaiba, kasi ako tinrain ko sarili ko maging isang socialist, social dito social duon, utang dito. basta ang importante may maipagyabang for the next opportunity, it doesnt matter if I earned it or not, basta kelangan mag-survive sa susunod na climb
