Stress free life. I'm very unhappy with my salary but all else, I am very happy. I'm used to a simple lifestyle naman. I'm not into travelling which is a very expensive luho. I am happy with my small purchases na. Buti na lang babae ako so no pressure to earn a lot.

The reason why I lasted almost 10 years in my company (when I originally planned on 2 years max) is because I am generally happy.

Mahirap sagutin ito. You must first know your ultimate fulfillment in life. How you define success. Your priorities. That thing that you pursue. Alin ba yun? Pag nalaman mo yun, madali na sagutin ito.

Guisantes? Isn't that green peas? All I know is afritada is chicken mechado. Caldereta is mechado with liver.

A trick we did when our daughter was still young was to cook beef mechado and put it in separate containers with different names, like beef goodie, etc.

Di nakalusot, she asked us why they taste and look the same

Aside from being a retiree (after decades of toiling) or being born into lots of money, how does an ordinary Filipino become stress free while having lots of money?

Some people have a habit of lying in their own face and can't accept such fact.

    That is so funny.

so people who work really hard for money and are always under a lot of stress spend tons of money "unwinding" (travelling, nightlife, vice, retail therapy etc)

so net net, they end up with little money saved

so a "tambay" basically just bypasses the whole work really hard part and doesn't need unwinding hehe
